At Pals Plushies, we want you to love your new fashion companions, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unloved condition. Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, our goal is to make your exchange process as soft and seamless as our plushies.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the plushies in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
